Dennis P. Schwartz

Since 1989, Dennis has devoted his law practice to residential mortgage loan documentation and compliance. He was a key participant in efforts involving Texas mortgage broker licensing legislation and the Texas home equity constitutional amendments. He has worked closely with industry leaders on legal and regulatory issues affecting residential lending. Dennis is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Collin County Bar Association, and the Independent Bankers Association of Texas.

Dennis received his Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University.
