Niki Troxtell

Niki manages daily production and workflow, including oversight of the document preparation processing team and front desk administrative staff. She helps ensure the accurate and timely delivery of closing documents and works with clients to resolve documentation and closing issues.

Niki has extensive experience in both the mortgage and title industries and has been a vital part of the team since 1995. She also plays a key role in managing construction and other specialty loan transactions.
